The Red Sea ReefLED G2 series is an advanced, reef-safe lighting system designed to optimize coral growth, enhance coloration, and create a stunning visual display in marine aquariums. Building on the success of the original ReefLED range, the G2 models feature increased power, an improved light spectrum, and enhanced smart controls.
Each unit is powered by REEF-SPEC LED technology, delivering a precisely tuned spectrum with a 470 nm peak and increased violet and ultraviolet output. The adjustable color temperature (8,000K – 23,000K) ensures uniform light distribution without hotspots, providing ideal PAR levels for corals at all depths.
With built-in Wi-Fi, the ReefLED G2 60 seamlessly integrates with Red Sea’s ReefBeat app, offering customizable lighting schedules, sunrise/sunset effects, and an acclimation mode to safely introduce new corals. The app now features five additional presets, including optimized UV and coral photography settings.
Designed for larger tanks, the ReefLED G2 60 covers approx 50cm x 50cm delivering 500 PAR at the surface and 100 PAR at a depth of 50 cm (20 inches). An anti-glare recessed lens ensures comfortable viewing, and optional glare-reducing visors are available for further refinement.
