Nutrifix NP Bio Pellets 1000ml

Nutrifix NP Bio Pellets are a 100% pure fixed carbon source bio-polymer which can be used inside a fluidised reactor. The product controls the rapid growth of bacteria inside a controlled environment for efficient nutrient uptake. This 1000ml product is a bio media and bacterial food source to reduce Nitrate and Phosphate levels in aquaria.

Nutrifix NP Bio Pellets contains a bio-polymer which acts as a primary food source encouraging healthy bacterial colonization by fixing Nitrate and Phosphate levels as the population grows. The bacteria films are then carried to the protein skimmer for physical removal.

Aquarium water which passes through a fluidised reactor holding the bio-media ensures a fresh stream of clear water high in nutrients and oxygen. Nutrifix NP Bio Pellets work in an oxygen-rich environment as a primary route, converting Nitrogen and Phosphate into a fast-growing bacterial biomass. 

For best results it is recommended that adding biological media to any existing aquarium is built up over time using an average ratio between 100-200ml per 100 litres of system volume. For the first addition, start with approximately half the recommended amount and increase this over several months to the required end level. If adding biological media to a new system, the full recommended dose may be used from the beginning to prevent the accumulation of dissolved nutrients.
