Restoring harmony inside the aquarium, the Tunze Comline Doc Skimmer, recommended for aquariums up to 250 litres, removes all organic pollutants from the water with flash protein skimming that fetches instant results.
The unique and innovative construction of the Tunze Comline Doc Skimmer is down to a set of highly durable, robust materials that ensure a long life and a quiet performance, whereas the device's capability lends itself to a patented anti-overfoaming system, fused with a quality Tunze foamer. The water covers a short path which in turn reduces the risk of leaking. Organic rich water is mixed with air bubbles inside the patented Tunze foamer, where pollutants such as protein, cellulose and dead cells are quickly absorbed.
Bubbles produced by the Tunze Comline Doc Skimmer measure only 1-3mm allowing for easy distribution into the skimmer cup once loaded with protein. The unique performance of the Tunze Comline Doc Skimmer sets itself apart from other protein skimmers on the market, as its exclusive design ensures that the substances absorbed by the bubbles do not return to the water. Preventing the skimmer from over foaming, is the patented anti-overfoaming system intermediate chamber, which simultaneously controls the performance of the device.
