ALR2 Algae Light Reactor by ITC
The ALR2 Algae Light Reactor from ITC Aquatics combines the job of removing and disposing of excess algae with turbo charging nutrient removal from your aquarium. It works by bringing algae into one contained space and exposing it to LED light from all angles. The effect? - An alga that provides optimal growth conditions and therefore perfect ideals for the removal of waste products in your aquarium.
The ALR2 is an excellent choice for aquariums with an output of 1,500-2,000 litres per hour and those tanks that lack the space for algae to be. It also provides a great alternative to Cheato Algae - a treatment highly regarded by many experienced reef keepers. Instead the special algae that grows within the unit improves many water conditions within your aquarium, helping to achieve ideals for perfect fish and coral development. ALR2 Algae Light Reactor works incredibly quick and has been manufactured using some of ITC's highest quality materials to ensure maximum efficiency when disposing nitrates, phosphates and other waste materials. The algae also help to stabilize and increase an aquarium's PH levels.
